photos by Willbur Ince, it was a really nice ride last night. Temps in the mid-30's and a light breeze. Streets were not icy and it was pretty dry.
We started with an official 10, and added a rider for 11 in uptown. The group maintained until the last mile, and we adjourned to the Bulldog on Lyndale in a formation of 8.
The nicest part of the ride was the camaraderie last night, plenty of lively conversation and good fun.
The rough part of the ride was the number of speed-bys we had. At least 15 cars crossed the double center lines and sped past the group. It happened on Lyndale between Franklin and Lake, Lake between Lyndale and Hennepin, Hennepin between Lake and Franklin. It gets scary with such a small group.
I have ride photos from last night and the last few months. Hopefully they can make their way to the website soon.
That's how I say it anyway...
